Can I run all of the hotel's accounting in Roomdoo?

Yes. Roomdoo lives in Odoo, which is a complete ERP: the hotel's invoices and payments already create their journal entries, and accounting, taxes and reports are switched on over that same data. We set it up with a pack of hours.

Who files my taxes?

Your accounting firm, as always, but working from the data in your Odoo instead of asking you for paperwork. If you don't have one, we work with Contaldía, an accounting firm specialising in Odoo that we have an agreement with.

Does it cover mandatory working-time records?

Yes. Odoo's Attendances app records each person's working day from a computer or a phone, and you can switch it on in your Roomdoo.

What about payroll?

Your accounting firm still handles payroll. In Odoo you have the employee record, time tracking, absences and expenses, which is what the accounting firm needs.

How much does it cost to set up these areas?

It depends on what you need. We agree a pack of hours with you to set them up. For custom ERP projects, we work with specialist Odoo partners.

Do I need Odoo Enterprise?

Not for most hotels. It works with Community and with Enterprise; some apps only exist in Enterprise. Differences between Community and Enterprise.
