Alda was born in 2009 with one hotel in the old town of Santiago. Today it is the leading budget hotel operator in Spain's secondary and tertiary cities, and the Financial Times ranking places it among the 1,000 fastest-growing companies in Europe.
That pace can only be sustained if every new hotel joins the same way of working from day one: the same processes, the same reports and central services that see every property at once. With each hotel on different software, integration eats up the margin.

Roomdoo reassigns rooms when a departure runs late, invoices at check-out and leaves every payment reconciled in the right company. Head office sets prices, opens and closes channels and reviews results for the whole chain from the same place.
And with BookAI, which Alda is rolling out across its hotels, check-in reminders, frequently asked questions and payment notices are handled on WhatsApp at any hour and in the guest's language. If something gets complicated, it is passed to a person on the team.
