How it works
TESA Smartair does not run in the cloud. Its server sits inside the hotel's network and Roomdoo reaches it through a secure connection. It works like the other brands, one PIN per booking.
How to set it up
It needs administrator credentials for the TESA server, a way to connect to it and a compatible TESA version.
This integration is being piloted with a first customer. If you are interested, write to us and we will tell you when it opens to everyone.
