Casona de los Rebolledo
A 17th-century manor turned into a boutique hotel in the heart of the Granada Geopark
- Zújar, Granada
- Boutique hotel
- 15 rooms

It was built in the 17th century by Count Bernardino de Rebolledo y Villamizar, who gave it its name, and it changed with each owner until a final extension in the 19th century. The restoration kept its traditional courtyards and galleries, and since December 2025 it has been a boutique hotel with fifteen rooms spread between the old main halls and a 19th-century annex.
It stands in Zújar, at the heart of the Granada Geopark, declared a UNESCO Global Geopark in 2020: a landscape of badlands carved by ancient rivers over millions of years, with Mount Jabalcón and the Negratín reservoir in view.
What makes it special
- A 17th-century manor house with its original courtyards and galleries
- El Cuartel restaurant, cooking with seasonal produce from its own kitchen garden
- In the heart of the Granada Geopark, a UNESCO Global Geopark
- Pool, gardens and spaces for small celebrations
- A short walk from the Zújar spa and the Negratín reservoir
How they work with Roomdoo
The Casona runs bookings, invoicing and its work with travel agencies on Roomdoo, with each agency's commission worked out automatically.
Roomdoo even connects to the in-room televisions, so the hotel's system and what the guest sees stay in step.
