New Roomdoo update, February 2024

These are the new features we have implemented in Roomdoo, designed to make your work easier and more efficient:

✨ New assistant "IA Roomdoo".

It automatically proposes the most appropriate action according to the status and time of each reservation.

Roomdoo AI assistant is designed to predict and suggest actions on your bookings, optimizing your time and effort.

Whether it's sending a confirmation email, initiating check-in or registering a charge among many other options. And remember, these are just suggestions; you always have full control to access the rest of the functions through the usual menus.

A more intuitive, streamlined and personalized process for check-in faster

We have completely transformed the check-in process to make it more intuitive and faster.

This step-by-step wizard adapts according to the information entered, differentiating requirements based on the data you enter. It even allows you to easily search for repeat customers.

Direct and intuitive access to information

With the addition of clickable elements in the dashboard, accessing the information you need is now easier and faster. Clicking on any item will open a side panel with relevant bookings, all without leaving the dashboard. This includes direct access to pending or completed check-ins and check-outs.

🔒 Reservations blocked by sales channels.

Your reservations are now more secure

To minimize errors, you will now quickly identify if a reservation is blocked by an OTA with a visual padlock symbol 🔒.

This means that certain modifications such as date or price changes will not be possible from Roomdoo, avoiding possible conflicts and ensuring a more reliable management.

🔧 New look for "Out of Sale".

We have renewed the display of "Out of sale" statuses to clearly differentiate them from active reservations, with disabled billing or collection functions. In addition, past bookings will be automatically blocked, avoiding undue cancellations or deletions.
