This is an initiative of the Government of Spain that aims to encourage the implementation of digital solutions in SMEs, microenterprises and self-employed.

The Digital Kit subsidizes the implementation of available digital solutions, such as Roomdoo, to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.

Website and internet presence

All businesses need to have a showcase on the internet to advertise their services. The website will have a responsive design and will meet the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines level AA compliance criteria. 

It will consist of a minimum of 7 pages (typology pages: Home, About us, About us, Services, Prices, Contact...) + 3 pages of Legal Text (Privacy Policy, Legal Notice and Cookies Policy).

The service also includes for twelve months: Hosting with managed Firewall, 1 domain, up to 20 Gb of transfer per month and 30 Gb of storage, basic SEO optimization and basic SEO optimization adapted to the location and type of business, backup and platform for self-management of content.

It's time to take the plunge and digitize your hospitality business.

Get up to €12,000 in subsidies to digitize your hotel thanks to the European Digital Kit grants.

Hotel, Hostel, B&B, Rural House, Holiday Accommodations... Whatever your type of hotel business, in our catalog you can find the digital solution you need.

This is a government initiative that establishes an aid program that will allocate more than 3,000 million euros for the digitization of Spanish companies between 1 and 49 employees with a maximum subsidy of 12,000 euros and that will be able to choose digitization solutions for their business among 10 types of categories.

This Digital Kit is aimed at freelancers and SMEs who want to expand their business, increase their sales and therefore see their business grow by achieving better results. The help is received through a Digital Voucher with an economic amount that will allow you to choose the digital solutions that best suit the needs of your business.

  • Segment I: Small companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees can apply for a bonus of up to up to 12,000.

 

  • Segment II: Small or Micro companies with between 3 and less than 10
    employees
    , can apply for a voucher of up to up to 6,000.

 

  • Segment III: Small or Micro enterprises with between O and less than 3
    employees. Self-employed persons are considered
    included
    , they can apply for a voucher of up to 2,000.
  • Be a small business, micro-business or self-employed according to the financial limits and employees that define them.

 

  • Be in discharge status.

 

  • Not to be a company in crisis. To be up to date with the obligations with the Treasury and Social Security.

 

  • Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

 

  • Not to incur in any of the prohibitions set forth in the General Law on Subsidies.

 

  • Not having other previous aid considered de minimis for an amount greater than €200,000 in the last 3 years.

 

  • It is also important that you have an active valid electronic certificate, because you will need it to carry out any procedure.
